CENWOR Celebrates 25 Years
CENWOR inaugurated the 12th National Convention on Women’s Studies and celebrated its 25th anniversary on the 2nd of July 2010, at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute. Prof. Jayati Ghosh, Professor of Economics, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, the Chief Guest, delivered the keynote address titled Economic Turbulence and Women's Work: Migration and Unpaid Labour.
